Launch
I opened the store on OpenCart with my own money and built the catalogue. Two orders in the first month. I ran all of it myself: ads, SEO, warehouse, shipping, print houses, and later a sales manager. -

2022
War
On 24 February 2022 the full-scale war began, and Kharkiv was on the front line. In March the store took 12 orders, after 92 in February. We kept it running. -
2023 – early 2024
Rebuilt through search
I grew search traffic with links to the pages that sell and checked every month against orders. Search clicks went from 385 to 1,142 a month, and orders followed: 124 a month by February 2024.

July 2024
Closed
We kept the store running for two and a half years of war and brought orders back to 124 a month. In July 2024 we chose to close it: organising the business in wartime had become too complex. What stayed with me is the method: judge marketing by real orders.
Judge every campaign and every link by orders, not by clicks. That is what I bring to your store.
