   My own sites and a partner’s bookstore

   Technical SEO, speed and automation with AI on an online bookstore, a news website and a new site built from scratch.

   Founder, project manager

   Умные книги, online bookstore, Kharkiv

   Ran the whole store: warehouse, shipping, printing houses, a sales manager. Ads tied to orders, then SEO and links through the war, until we closed it in July 2024.

3. 2020 — 2021
   Head of commercial department, marketer

   GreenPower

   Led a team of 4–6 sales managers and a content manager. Introduced Bitrix24 and trained the staff. Ran Google Ads, Facebook and Instagram ads in the markets where the product was already sold.

4. 2018 — 2020
   Internet marketer

   Toyota Center Kharkiv Autoart, official dealer

   Rebuilt the dealer’s website: within 3–4 months it reached Google top 1–3 across almost all of Ukraine, although the plan was only the Kharkiv region. Facebook audience +20 %, Instagram +50–70 %. Bitrix24 in several showrooms, PR and car presentations.

5. 2012 — 2016
   Founder

   Ecopolza, online store, Kharkiv

   Brought household products new to Ukraine. The key product grew from 1 to almost 100 sales a week in under three years. Built a dealer network across Ukrainian cities; purchasing, logistics, dropshipping.
