1 · Live case
Why this site is a case
Most case studies are written after the work. This one is open while it runs. I built the site from scratch, and it is tracked from launch: speed, page weight, indexing, and search growth. The weekly numbers update on their own. -
2 · Build
How it is built
Static pages, no database. Fonts are served from this site; nothing is loaded from other servers. No cookies, no trackers, no analytics scripts — visits are counted from the server log. The only script on the site is the contact form. Four languages: English, Dutch, German, Russian. Every page is checked by a script before it goes live: links, page weight under 300 KB, forbidden words, and numbers checked against the sources. -
3 · Speed
Speed (Lighthouse)
I measure the site with Lighthouse. The scores are published here as they are.

Search growth
Search impressions are the first public sign that the site is being found. The chart starts at day zero and updates every week.
Day zero. Google needs a few weeks to show the first impressions — the chart starts here and updates every week.

The site is public, and so are the numbers. The checks run before every update. If the numbers are weak, they stay visible. That is the point.
A site is a claim. The numbers should prove it.
